We were initially picked up 20 minutes late after specifically being asked to be on time, leaving us waiting at a the tour company’s office; the tour guide offered no apology for this. Additionally tour guides seem to be freelancers and not work for the company, therefore quality completely depends, whilst our guides spoke great English, neither seemed terribly interested in the content they were explaining.
